RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Boxpert, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return & refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is missing parts or accessories

  • The item does not match the description shown

Note: Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Window

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

For defective or damaged items, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

3. Conditions for Accepted Returns

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in unused condition

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, free gifts, and proof of purchase (invoice)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-printed products

  • Personalized packaging

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Items used, damaged due to customer handling, or missing parts

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item → We cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer preference → Customer must pay return shipping

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Orders that are already shipped cannot be canceled.
